“The small businesses of NYC dodged another bullet today when the court of appeals upheld the lower court’s ruling to overturn the city’s ban on sugary drinks. Thankfully the Courts have more common sense than our mayor. Unfortunately, however, Bloomberg is insistent on pushing his personal nanny state agenda on all people in the city without regard for the small businesses that drive our economy.”
